British Taekwondo are hosting a poomsae seminar on Sunday 22nd September at the Manor Sports Centre in Mansfield, NG19 8JY. This is the same venue as the Dan promotion tests.
The training schedule is as follows:
10.00 – 12.00 Kup Grade Poomsae (open to Green belt and above)
12.30 – 14.30 Dan Grade Poomsae (open to all black belts)
The fee is £10 for the first session, £15 for the second session, or £20 for both sessions.
